We would like to announce that OSP Fuji Packaging Co., Ltd. will merge with OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. on January 21, 2020. This merger is an absorption-type merger with OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. as the surviving company, and OSP Fuji Packaging Co., Ltd. will be dissolved on the same day.

The business of OSP Fuji Packaging Co., Ltd. will continue as a part of OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. and will be newly established as the Okayama Factory OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. We sincerely hope that you will continue to give us your patronage in the future.

As a result of this merger, all transactions will be taken over by OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. on the same day. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the necessary procedures due to this succession, and we appreciate your cooperation.
