OSP Heartful Co., Ltd. has received the "Monisu Certification System" from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, an award given to small and medium-sized business owners who are outstanding in employing people with disabilities.
The "Monisu Certification System" is a system in which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies small and medium-sized employers who are excellent in terms of their efforts to promote the employment of people with disabilities and to stabilize employment.
This is the first certification in the printing industry in Osaka Prefecture (the 18th company to be certified in Osaka Prefecture).

OSP Heartful Co., Ltd. has implemented various measures in its factories to enable people with disabilities to work energetically, such as installing lights that flash to indicate chimes so that people with hearing impairments can see and understand, and holding sign language classes to enable smooth communication between employees with disabilities and able-bodied employees.
We will continue to strive to improve our operations so that each employee can grow and become independent through their work.
