OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. "JP2023 Printing DX Exhibition" is an exhibition that disseminates a variety of the latest information related to the printing industry, such as how to introduce DX, strengthening management, and trends in DX in printing technology. Biomass boiler

This equipment can utilize steam generated during the combustion of waste materials and solid fuels as thermal energy for the drying furnace of a coater.

Nonsol Laminate

By switching to a non-solvent lamination method, the environmental burden caused by organic solvents (CO2 and VOC emissions) is reduced.

Active use of LEDs

The high-pressure mercury UV lamps required for drying ink and lighting in the factory have been changed to LEDs to reduce energy consumption.

We introduce our environmental conservation certification marks as proof that we are striving to reduce the environmental impact throughout our business operations.

Biomass Mark

As the company is committed to manufacturing products using inks and glues that contain biomass-derived raw materials, it has received certification from the Japan Organic Resources Association, a general incorporated association that is given to products that use renewable, biological organic resources.

ISO14001 Environmental Management System

In 2000, we obtained certification for the design, development, plate making, printing, processing and sales of seals, labels, stickers, soft packaging products and packaging products from order to delivery, as well as the design, development, manufacture and sales of automatic label application machines.
