OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City; President: Matsuguchi Tadashi), a core company of the OSP Group that provides one-stop manufacturing of stickers, labels, film products, Carton Package, and promotional tools, will be exhibiting a booth at "FOOMA JAPAN 2023," hosted by the Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers' Association, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for four days from Tuesday, June 6th to Friday, June 9th, 2023.

"FOOMA JAPAN 2023" is the world's largest exhibition offering a wide range of solutions related to food manufacturing, and is highly regarded as a place and opportunity to discover solutions to problems. As a comprehensive packaging manufacturer, the OSP Group will exhibit its vision for the future of new stickers and labels, as well as its unique technologies and products, with the themes of "contributing to a sustainable society" and "enriching people's lives with innovative technology."
Additionally, three new products will be unveiled for the first time (reference exhibits): "alcohol-resistant Thermal label," "boilable Thermal label," and "labels that can be peeled off with alkaline cleaning."

■ Three products to be unveiled for the first time (reference exhibits)

The three newly developed products will be unveiled for the first time at "FOOMA JAPAN 2023," so please come and see them at our exhibition booth.

[Alcohol-resistant Thermal label]

In response to changes in lifestyles where alcohol is used on a daily basis, we have developed Thermal label that are resistant to alcohol wipes and alcohol adhesion. The labels are available in two types: paper base and synthetic paper.

[Boilable Thermal label]

Breaking the conventional wisdom that thermal paper is incompatible with boiling and other heating processes, we developed Thermal label does not turn black even when boiled in hot water at approximately 100°C. The printed area can be read with the same density as before boiling.

[Labels that can be peeled off with alkaline cleaning]

Although it has the adhesiveness to stick firmly, it is water resistant and can be removed cleanly and reliably with an alkaline solution. Our products support the growing "reuse market."
