The Shiga Prefecture Women's Participation Promotion Company Certification System is implemented by Shiga Prefecture to support companies and organizations that are working to promote women's participation in the workforce, with the aim of promoting women's participation in the workforce. Companies are assessed in three stages, one star, two star, and three star, depending on the number of items they meet from the 32 certification criteria.
