OSP HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Head office: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City; President: Matsuguchi Tadashi) has signed the United Nations Global Compact, advocated by the United Nations, through a joint venture of domestic group companies, and was registered as a participating company in January 2024. At the same time, the company joined the Global Compact Network Japan, a local network in Japan.
The UN Global Compact is a voluntary initiative in which companies and organizations act as good members of society by demonstrating responsible and creative leadership, and participate in creating a global framework for achieving sustainable growth.
The signatory companies continue to work towards achieving these goals, based on the personal commitment of their company leaders who agree with the 10 principles in four areas: protecting human rights, eliminating unfair labor practices, responding to the environment, and preventing corruption.

Principle 2: Ensure that you are not complicit in human rights abuses

Principle 3: Uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
Principle 4: Support the elimination of all forms of forced labour;
Principle 5: Support the effective abolition of child labour;
Principle 6: Support the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
Environment
Principle 7: Support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
Principle 8: Undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility;
Principle 9: Encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
Prevention of corruption
Principle 10: Work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

As a leading company in the sticker and label industry, we have signed this agreement with the aim of raising the standard of sustainable management and becoming a company that is even more trusted by stakeholders.
In order to promote and ensure the implementation of sustainable management, the OSP Group established the Sustainability Promotion Headquarters at OSP HOLDINGS CO., LTD. in January 2023.
