■ A comprehensive system that supports childbirth and childcare that goes beyond the law

We have also improved our systems to make it easy for employees to continue working after giving birth and raising children.
In addition to the use of a short-time work system for childcare (a maximum reduction of working hours of 2 hours), exemptions from non-scheduled work and restrictions on overtime work are limited to children up to the age of 3 under the law, but at OSP Group, this applies only up to the third grade of elementary school. In addition, child care leave is limited to the second child under the law, but can be taken for the third child and beyond (1 child: 5 days, 2 children: 10 days, 3 children: 15 days, 4 or more children: 20 days).
In addition, OSP Group has its own system that allows employees to take special paid leave when their wives give birth at their request (Full-time employees and contract employees: 2 consecutive days including the day of birth or the day of discharge from hospital, or 2 days including the day of birth and the day of discharge from hospital. Part-time employees: 1 day on the day of birth or the day of discharge from hospital if they have worked for 2 years or more). We also provide a system of leave for childcare adjustment period (up to 1 month at the employee's request), and other systems and environments that make it easy to work.
