OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. will be exhibiting a booth at the 34th West Japan Food Industry Creation Exhibition '24, sponsored by the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, which will be held at Marine Messe Fukuoka for three days from Wednesday, May 15th to Friday, May 17th, 2024.
Kyushu is blessed with abundant nature and is known as a "treasure trove of food." In addition, with many popular tourist destinations, the region has a thriving food industry, with a wide range of products, including agricultural and marine products, as well as souvenirs. In Kyushu, we will be showcasing packaging that enhances product value, design proposals for communicating the value of products, and machines to solve the problem of labor shortages. Please stop by our booth.

■Exhibited products and machines
[Product introductions from our business partners]
We will be exhibiting products from clients for whom we have provided total packaging proposals from planning to design. These include food-related products such as sweets and agricultural products that express their deliciousness with sizzling designs, and products whose sales channels have expanded from a local area to nationwide due to the extension of expiration dates through packaging renewal. We will introduce some examples where we have increased product value while solving problems, contributing to increased sales.
[Environmental Considerations]
*Clear Paper Series (Paper Attention / Clear Paper Sticker)
This product uses paper instead of film, and the stiff and transparent paper material gives it a natural transparency and does not interfere with the design. Reducing the use of film also reduces the environmental impact.
* Papack
This paper packaging material does not use plastic film but has heat sealability that allows it to be fused with heat, and is resistant to water and oil. By replacing "soft packaging materials" that use plastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene with this product, it will lead to a reduction in the amount of plastic used and CO2 emissions when incinerated.
* Labels using LIMEX Sheet as the base material
This label uses 80μm "LIMEX Sheet" made mainly from limestone, developed by TBM Co., Ltd. as the base material. Compared to synthetic paper, which is commonly used for labels, it reduces the amount of petroleum-derived plastic used and greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, since it does not use any wood pulp as a raw material, it can significantly reduce water usage compared to paper labels, and contribute to the conservation of forests and water resources.
The label uses "Palmyashix®" a paper made by pulping the "palm pulp" that remains after palm oil is extracted from palm kernels and mixing it with other raw materials. (" Palmyashix®" is a paper developed by Crown Packaging Co., Ltd.)
This is a functional tack paper with adhesive dots applied. Its adhesive power does not decrease even if it is repeatedly applied and peeled off, and it sticks firmly and can be peeled off cleanly without leaving any glue residue.
*Pitta Ring®
The adhesive side of this label is not sticky and only sticks to other surfaces. A self-adhesive biomass adhesive is used, making it possible to display the biomass mark.
[Work efficiency]
* Cillpita
This label can be attached to chilled products that are prone to condensation. It is suitable for attaching to chilled products that are kept at a temperature controlled refrigerated state of 0℃ to 10℃ from production to sale.
【design】
The label is made of washi paper and has been torn on all four sides. The torn part causes the fibers of the washi paper to fluff, giving the label an elegant yet soft, handmade feel.
Holographic materials are used as decorative materials, and the colors and patterns change depending on the viewing angle. They create a sense of luxury and premium quality, and are recommended for differentiating your products from others.
*Hazikinis
By using two types of varnish on top of the glossy base paper, the contrast between the rough matte areas and the shiny glossy areas creates a luxurious embossed finish.
