OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. will be exhibiting a booth at "J AGRI KYUSHU (formerly Kyushu Agricultural Week)", hosted by RX Japan Co., Ltd., to be held at Grand Messe Kumamoto for three days from Wednesday, May 22nd to Friday, May 24th, 2024.

This is one of the largest exhibitions in Asia introducing products and services related to agriculture and livestock farming, and is held in Kyushu in May and Tokyo in October. Kumamoto Prefecture, where the exhibition will be held this time, is blessed with a warm climate as well as rich nature, such as topography and water sources, making it a region where agriculture thrives. In the Kyushu region, including Kumamoto Prefecture, we will be exhibiting proposals for packaging and design to increase the commercial value of agricultural and livestock products, as well as machines to solve problems such as labor shortages and work efficiency. [Examples of contributions to sales]

We will present examples of products from our clients where we have provided total package proposals from planning to design, and where we have solved problems while also increasing the product value. We will exhibit examples of supporting the sixth industry, where farmers, the primary industry, have engaged in secondary manufacturing and processing and tertiary distribution and sales, as well as packaging that expresses product concepts through design with the aim of strengthening brands.

We propose machines (fully automatic, semi-automatic, manual) suited to the scale of your farm to resolve the labor shortage, one of the issues facing farmers, and achieve efficient agricultural production.

*FWS-S1

This is a fully automatic wrapping machine specialized for packing strawberries and other fruits and vegetables. It comes standard with a supply conveyor and a stacking device, and can wrap multiple types of products even if they are fed randomly.

*FD-470NP

This semi-automatic dispenser is designed specifically for Clear Wrapping (film wrapping paper), and automatically unrolls and cuts the wrapping paper, allowing for efficient wrapping. It is equipped with a hot printer and can print expiration dates, making it suitable for simple application on confectionery, fruit and vegetable packs, and bento boxes.

This is a simple device that allows you to easily use Clear Wrapping manually.

[Environmental Considerations]

*Clear Paper Series (Paper Attention / Clear Paper Sticker)

This product uses paper instead of film, and the stiff and transparent paper material gives it a natural transparency and does not interfere with the design. Reducing the use of film also reduces the environmental impact.

* Dot Tack®

This is a functional tack paper with adhesive dots applied. Its adhesive power does not decrease even if it is repeatedly applied and peeled off, and it sticks firmly and can be peeled off cleanly without leaving any glue residue.

* Palmyashix® label

The label uses "Palmyashix®" a paper made by pulping the "palm pulp" that remains after palm oil is extracted from palm kernels and mixing it with other raw materials. (" Palmyashix®" is a paper developed by Crown Packaging Co., Ltd.)

* Papack

This paper packaging material does not use plastic film but has heat sealability that allows it to be fused with heat, and is resistant to water and oil. By replacing "soft packaging materials" that use plastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene with this product, it will lead to a reduction in the amount of plastic used and CO2 emissions when incinerated.

* Torn Japanese paper

The label is made of washi paper and has been torn on all four sides. The torn part causes the fibers of the washi paper to fluff, giving the label an elegant yet soft, handmade feel.

* Hologram processing

Holographic materials are used as decorative materials, and the colors and patterns change depending on the viewing angle. They create a sense of luxury and premium quality, and are recommended for differentiating your products from others.

*Hazikinis

By using two types of varnish on top of the glossy base paper, the contrast between the rough matte areas and the shiny glossy areas creates a luxurious embossed finish.
