OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. will be exhibiting at "FOOMA JAPAN 2024" organized by the Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers Association, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for four days from June 4th (Tue) to 7th (Fri), 2024. (Booth number: 7F-28)

This exhibition is an exhibition of machinery and equipment for food manufacturing and processing, and is highly regarded as a place and opportunity to discover solutions to problems. Osaka Sealing Printing will introduce products, machinery, and services in each corner divided into four themes: innovative, sustainable, labeling systems, and comprehensive packages. In addition, two products will be unveiled for the first time (reference exhibits): "Media for UV laser markers" and "Biomass adhesive labels."

*Media for UV laser markers (patent pending)

Solving problems such as poor color development and dust scattering
The color-developing layer that reacts to UV laser irradiation is located below the film layer (surface layer), so the color develops beautifully. It is hygienic because it does not generate much dust even when irradiated, and ink and printing plates are not required. In addition, it is possible to use semi-transparent matte film or rayon paper with an uneven surface, which was previously difficult to use for variable printing, as the top layer.

*Biomass adhesive label (Biomass mark application planned)

Achieves 10% biomass content and maintains physical properties
This is an environmentally friendly product that uses biomass materials as part of the adhesive. It uses more than 10% biomass materials and is an environmentally friendly water-based adhesive, yet maintains its adhesive properties. There are two types: a strong adhesive type for frozen foods and a re-peelable type.

We will introduce new technologies, new products and functional products that are in demand by society.

*Two-color top seal thermal

This is a top seal thermal film partially coated with two colors, black and red. Variable information can be printed directly onto the film, eliminating the need for display labels and reducing materials.

*Alcohol-resistant Thermal label

In response to changing lifestyles where alcohol is used on a daily basis, we have developed a paper-based Thermal label that is resistant to alcohol wiping and alcohol adhesion.

* Cillpita

It is suitable for application on chilled products that require temperature control at a refrigerated temperature of 0℃ to 10℃ from production to sale and are prone to condensation.

■Sustainable Corner

We will introduce our eco-friendly products, equipment and initiatives as a responsible company. We will also suggest how adopting these products can contribute to environmental efforts.

*Soft packaging with water-based gravure printing and non-solvent lamination

Water-based gravure printing, which uses inks that use less organic solvents, and non-solvent lamination, which uses adhesives that do not use organic solvents, are products that combine environmentally friendly "printing methods" and "lamination methods."

* Papack

This paper packaging material does not use plastic film but has heat sealability that allows it to be fused with heat, and is resistant to water and oil.

* Papack Band

This is a product from the "Papack" series and can be used for sealing and bundling.

*Labels that can be peeled off with alkaline cleaning

Although it has the adhesiveness to stick firmly, it is water resistant and can be removed cleanly and reliably with an alkaline solution. Our products support the growing "reuse market."

*DotTac® Thermal Tape Labels

This thermal tape label has adhesive applied in dots, so it sticks firmly and can be peeled off cleanly, even after repeated application and peeling. It is an environmentally friendly product that reduces waste by not using release paper and uses a water-based emulsion type adhesive (no organic solvents).

We will demonstrate machines that will improve work efficiency and reduce the number of workers required in the fields of packaging, pasting, and logistics.
