OSP HOLDINGS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City; President: Matsuguchi Tadashi), a member of the OSP Group, is pleased to announce that it has registered as an associate member of the international certification system "RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil)" on Thursday, May 23, 2024.

RSPO is the name of a non-profit organization and international certification system made up of seven stakeholders(*) involved in palm oil. With the aim of promoting sustainable production and use of palm oil, it works to prevent deforestation caused by the development of oil palm plantations, protect the human rights of plantation workers, and support small-scale plantations.
In support of this initiative, Osaka Sealing Printing, a group company, has registered as a member from May 2023 to fulfill its social responsibility as a company that manufactures the environmentally friendly product "Palmyashix® label," and to ensure that customers can use OSP Group products with peace of mind thanks to this corporate attitude.

In addition to OSP HOLDINGS CO., LTD., four other group companies involved in Palmyashix® label, including OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD., Ltd., OSP TRADING CO., LTD., OSP ADVANCE CO., LTD., Ltd., and OSP LABEL STOCK CO.,LTD., have also registered as group members.

This product's label uses "Palmyashix®" a paper made by pulping "palm sap" generated during the production of palm oil and mixing it into the raw material. (" Palmyashix®" is a paper developed by Crown Packaging Co., Ltd.)
