OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. (Head office: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City, President: Matsuguchi Tadashi), a member of the OSP Group, will be exhibiting at the Food Store Solutions Fair 2024, which will be held at INTEX Osaka for two days on September 4th (Wed) and 5th (Thu), 2024. (Booth number: 4-46)
This exhibition is co-hosted by 23 retail companies representing Western Japan, and is held under the theme of "Food is culture, delicious encounters" as an opportunity to propose solutions to issues such as labor shortages and food waste. Osaka Sealing Printing will introduce various products, machines, and services in four different themes at its booth. In addition, videos are available to help you better understand the product features and high functionality.
Innovative will feature new products and functional products that meet social needs, sustainable will feature eco-friendly products and environmental initiatives, and labeling systems will propose machines that improve work efficiency and reduce manpower. Total packaging will feature stickers and labels, film products, Carton Package, promotional tools, and examples of business partners.
■Innovative Corner
We will introduce new technologies, new products and functional products that are in demand by society.
*Media for UV laser markers (patent pending)
The color-developing layer that reacts to UV laser irradiation is located below the film layer (surface layer), so the color develops beautifully and solves the problems of previous methods such as faint color development and dust scattering. It is hygienic because it does not generate much dust even when irradiated, and no ink or printing plate is required. In addition, it is possible to use semi-transparent matte film or rayon paper with an uneven surface, which was previously difficult to use for variable printing, as the top layer.
*DotTac® Thermal Tape Labels
This thermal tape label has adhesive applied in dots, so it sticks firmly and can be peeled off cleanly, even after repeated application and peeling. It is an environmentally friendly product that reduces waste by not using release paper and uses a water-based emulsion type adhesive (no organic solvents).
*Boilable Thermal label
Breaking the conventional wisdom that thermal paper is incompatible with boiling and other heating processes, we developed Thermal label does not turn black even when boiled in hot water at approximately 100°C. The printed area can be read with the same density as before boiling.
* Cillpita
It is suitable for application on chilled products that require temperature control at a refrigerated temperature of 0℃ to 10℃ from production to sale and are prone to condensation.
*Alcohol-resistant Thermal label
In response to changing lifestyles where alcohol is used on a daily basis, we have developed a paper-based Thermal label that is resistant to alcohol wiping and alcohol adhesion.
*Two-color top seal thermal
This is a top seal thermal film partially coated with two colors, black and red. Variable information can be printed directly onto the film, eliminating the need for display labels and reducing materials.
■Sustainable Corner
We will introduce our eco-friendly products, equipment and initiatives as a responsible company. We will also suggest how adopting these products can contribute to environmental efforts.
* Palmyashix® label
The label uses "Palmyashix®" a paper made by pulping the "palm pulp" that remains after palm oil is extracted from palm kernels and mixing it with other raw materials. (" Palmyashix®" is a paper developed by Crown Packaging Co., Ltd.)
* Labels using LIMEX Sheet as the base material
This label uses 80μm "LIMEX Sheet" made mainly from limestone, developed by TBM Co., Ltd. as the base material. Compared to synthetic paper, which is commonly used for labels, it reduces the amount of petroleum-derived plastic used and greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, since it does not use any wood pulp as a raw material, it can significantly reduce water usage compared to paper labels, contributing to the conservation of forests and water resources.
*Clear Paper Series (Paper Attention / Clear Paper Sticker)
This product uses paper instead of film, and the stiff and transparent paper material gives it a natural transparency and does not interfere with the design. Reducing the use of film also reduces the environmental impact.
* Papack
Although it does not use plastic film, it is a paper packaging material that has heat sealability and is resistant to water and oil. It is an environmentally friendly product that has achieved the elimination of plastic film.
* Papack Band
This product in the "Papack" series was developed in a strip-like form so that it can also be used as band packaging for sealing, bundling, etc.
*Labels that can be peeled off with alkaline cleaning
Although it has the adhesiveness to stick firmly, it is water resistant and can be removed cleanly and reliably with an alkaline solution. Our products support the growing "reuse market."
■ Labeling system corner
We offer machines that improve work efficiency and reduce manpower in the fields of packaging, pasting, and logistics.
* LA-5M-CK (Remote Monitoring System) (Top Cover)
*ELF-50Ⅱ
■Comprehensive Package Corner
We will exhibit examples of products where our company has solved problems and increased the value of our clients' products by providing total packaging proposals from planning to design, including one-stop services for stickers and labels, film products, Carton Package, and promotional tools.
■ Our mission as a responsible company in society
Since its founding, the OSP Group has been working on innovative technology development and product manufacturing to meet the changing needs of society as a leading company in the seal industry. In recent years, as awareness of ethical consumption has increased among ordinary consumers, the needs of the consumer goods industry have also increased. In order to enable more industries and companies, including consumer goods manufacturers and distributors and transportation companies, to participate in environmental issues, the OSP Group provides and proposes environmentally conscious products and initiatives, and contributes to working as a supply chain rather than as a single company.
