OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City; President: Matsuguchi Tadashi), a member of the OSP Group, will exhibit at TOKYO PACK 2024 (Organized by the Japan Packaging Technology Association), which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from Wednesday, October 23rd to Friday, October 25th, 2024.

The theme of this year's exhibition is "Amazing packaging innovations! - From TOKYO PACK to the world," and each exhibitor will present four innovations. As we focus on the development and manufacturing of environmentally friendly products, we will exhibit new products, prototypes, and labeling machines under the innovation theme of "environment x packaging."​

*DotTac® Thermal Tape Labels

This is a thermal tape label with adhesive applied in dots. It does not use release paper, which reduces waste, and is environmentally friendly, as it uses a water-based emulsion type adhesive that does not use organic solvents.

By attaching clear thermal film, one sheet can serve three purposes: decorative label, display label, and seal. Since no die-cutting is done, no cutting waste is produced. In addition, since it is a thermal type that changes color with heat, there is no need to use a printing ribbon, and therefore no waste is produced. This thermal tape can be applied by applying water to the adhesive surface, and the adhesive used is an acrylic resin-free glue that has a low environmental impact. Because it is thermal paper, it can also be used as a printable sealing tape.

This is a tape-type thermal paper that can be used in situations where labels are likely to peel off, such as in logistics, retail stores, and frozen foods.

This is a product of the "Cillpita" series that is suitable for attaching to chilled products that are prone to condensation on the surface. Since Thermal label are often used for chilled products, we developed Thermal label for a wider range of uses.

This is a top seal thermal that is partially coated with a thermal layer with different color tones. Variable information can be printed directly onto the film, eliminating the need for display labels and reducing materials. In addition, no ribbon is required, reducing waste.

When the seal is peeled off, both the peeler and the person who has peeled it off can see that it has been opened, making it a tamper-evident seal. We are currently preparing to use digital printing to accommodate specific sizes and lots.

We would like to introduce a series of paper packaging materials that do not use plastic film but have heat sealability that allows them to be fused with heat, and are resistant to water and oil.
