OSP Group's OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. (President: Matsuguchi Tadashi) is pleased to announce that it has completed the "Art Brut OSP Original Desk Calendar," featuring illustrations created by artists from SFRN (Location: Chiyoda, Naka-ku, Nagoya City) and designated life care facility Yona World (Location: Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya City). This item will be given to business partners who have been of great help to us on a daily basis as a New Year's greeting. (This item is not for sale.)

■OSP Group supports the connection between business and welfare

The OSP Group has four sustainability policies: 1) the environment, 2) customers, 3) contribution to society and the community, and 4) human resource development and activity. This project is part of the "contribution to society and the community" policy, and the group has been actively engaged in SDGs activities. In the past, the group has supported the connection between companies and welfare by subscribing to works created by artists at Noside, a comprehensive welfare facility for children and adults with disabilities (displayed inside the Osaka Sealing Printing Osaka Sales Department building).

■ Encounter with Art Brut

As mentioned above, the OSP Group is promoting sustainability activities and is also focusing on SDGs activities. During this activity, a person in charge of the Nagoya sales department had the opportunity to come into contact with Art Brut, and wondered, "Can we use our company's products to bridge the gap between society and welfare?" This led to the adoption of Art Brut in the design. The first step in this initiative was to create illustrations for paper bags made in-house using recycled paper made from release paper, with the cooperation of Yona World, with whom we have had a long-standing relationship.

■The design expresses a sense of the season and also includes a caricature of the president of Osaka Sealing Printing!

The artists were asked to use their imagination and create illustrations freely based on the themes of each month's events, seasonal items such as animals, plants, and food, and Osaka Sealing Printing.
