■ Initiatives as partners
The OSP Group has had a partnership agreement with the Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix Rugby Club since May 2014. In addition to sponsorship fees, we also provide some of the stickers that are distributed to visitors at matches and events. We also host the "OSP CUP" as a place for practice matches for club teams, university and high school teams based mainly in Western Japan.
■ Hiring players
Three players from Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix Rugby Club are registered with OSP Holdings, a member of the OSP Group. They are Kokaji Ayumu, a hooker who sits in the center of the front row and directly engages the opposing forwards to control the scrum, Senoo Annan, a scrum half who is a passing specialist who connects the forwards and backs using her agility and good judgment, and Ozaki Karin, a utility player who can play multiple positions and roles. Kokaji Ayumu and Senoo Annan participated in the final on February 2nd.
[Comment from Kokaji]
On February 2nd, we beat PEARLS 13-5 in the final, and won our third consecutive championship. In the 2024-2025 season, the head coach and other staff changed, and each player gave a lot of opinions and knowledge, and I feel that it was a season in which we were able to work with stronger unity. In the final, things often didn't go as well as they had in the past, especially in the set pieces, but I think we were able to continue playing Phoenix-like rugby by making corrections during the game so that PEARLS wouldn't get the momentum there. I myself ruptured my Achilles tendon in the match against Fiji at Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium in September 2023 and was unable to play last season, so this year I was able to commit 100% to the team and it was a lot of fun. In 2025, there will be a World Cup in August, so I will work harder from now on to stay on the Japanese national team. Thank you for your continued support!

Thank you for your constant support. This year, we were able to achieve an unprecedented third consecutive victory in the 15-player tournament. There were no moments of slackness in the 80 minutes of the final, and it was a closely fought match, but we were able to achieve this thanks to our teammates who gave their best and continued to put their bodies on the line in every situation, the coaches who lent us their strength and support in many situations, and everyone who supports us. We appreciate your continued support.

[Comment from Ozaki]
Thank you for your continued support. Although there were many things that did not go well with the new system, I believe that the support of the members, supporters, and staff gave the players strength and allowed us to win the championship. Unfortunately, I was injured and was unable to participate in this year's 15-player tournament. However, I will play in the 15-player matches in the 2025-2026 season and do my best to win the championship for the fourth time in a row. Thank you for your support. I hope you will continue to support us.
