OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. (Head office: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City, President: Matsuguchi Tadashi), a member of the OSP Group, will be exhibiting at FOOMA JAPAN 2025, sponsored by the Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers Association, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight for four days from June 10th (Tue) to 13th (Fri), 2025. (Booth number: 2G-29)

This exhibition is an exhibition of machinery, equipment, and materials for food manufacturing and processing, and is highly regarded as an opportunity to discover solutions. Osaka Sealing Printing will be proposing a labeling system to deal with labor shortages, new container shapes as packaging solutions, highly functional and original materials, and environmentally friendly products, with a focus on "thermal top wrap" that is labor-saving and environmentally friendly.

■Thermal Top Wrap: 3 in 1

By attaching clear thermal film, this product can serve three purposes in one: decorative label, display label, and seal. Since no die-cutting is done, no cutting waste is produced. In addition, since it is a thermal type that changes color when heated, there is no need to use a printing ribbon and no waste is produced. No labels are required, which also reduces waste after use. mounting machine this product, the "Thermal Top Machine," will also be exhibited at the booth, and you will be able to see a demonstration of installation.

We will introduce high added value products that are in demand by society.

Cillpita

This label can be attached to chilled products that are prone to condensation. It is suitable for attaching to chilled products that are kept at a temperature controlled refrigerated state of 0℃ to 10℃ from production to sale.

Cillpita Thermal label

This is a part of the "Cillpita" series that is suitable for attaching to chilled products. It was developed because Thermal label are often used for chilled products.

Papack

This paper packaging material does not use plastic film but has heat sealability that allows it to be fused with heat, and is resistant to water and oil.

Palmyashix® label

The label uses "Palmyashix®" a paper made by pulping the "palm pulp" that remains after palm oil is extracted from palm kernels and mixing it with other raw materials. (" Palmyashix®" is a paper developed by Crown Packaging Co., Ltd.)

Thermal label using kraft lignin developer

Kraft lignin developer is a biomass color developer that uses kraft lignin discharged during the process of manufacturing pulp from wood, and is 100% wood-derived. By switching from thermal paper that uses existing color developers to this product, you can contribute to reducing the burden on the environment.

Torn Japanese paper, white (highly wear-resistant type)

The label has a unique texture created by tearing the washi paper, and goes well with the traditional calligraphy logo. The highly abrasion-resistant washi paper (compared to our previous products) reduces damage caused by friction during transportation.

Torn Japanese paper, cream (highly abrasion-resistant type)

The soft, cream-colored torn paper gives a gentle impression and goes well with a variety of designs. It can be combined with calligraphy and illustrations to create a modern look. It uses highly wear-resistant washi paper (compared to our previous products).

Torn Japanese paper with gold and silver stripes (highly wear-resistant type)

This is a gorgeous torn Japanese paper with gold and silver foil. It is suitable for special items such as celebratory gifts and commemorative items, as it enhances the special feeling of premium products. It uses highly abrasion-resistant Japanese paper (compared to our conventional products).

Crepe paper

The crepe finish gives the paper a three-dimensional look, creating an elegant yet original atmosphere. It can be easily matched with both Japanese and Western tastes, expanding the range of designs. It is also recommended when you want to give your sake a stylish finish.

Digital Varnish

By overlaying a transparent digital varnish ink on top of color printing, this process can create not only a matte or glossy finish, but also a three-dimensional effect through unevenness. It is suitable for labels for special products that you want to differentiate from other products.

We will introduce Nara Kasugayama Sake Brewery, which expanded its sales channels with new packaging for small-volume sake, and Denroku, which enabled small-lot production through digital printing.
