OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. (Head office: Tennoji-ku, Osaka City; President: Matsuguchi Tadashi), a member of the OSP Group, is pleased to announce that it has been ranked 85th in a survey conducted by Nikkei Inc., ranking national colleges of technology (hereafter referred to as "technical colleges") for those graduating in spring 2025. This is a significant improvement from last year's ranking of 166th place.
■Ranking Overview
The ranking of employment destinations was compiled independently by the Nikkei Shimbun in cooperation with the National Institute of Technology. The ranking covers graduates of the regular course (five-year course) and the advanced course (two-year course that can be advanced after graduating from the regular course).
■Voices of technical college students who joined OSP
Technical colleges are characterized by their five-year integrated education and specialized education that emphasizes experiments and practical training, and graduates are active in various companies. Our company, which has many technical positions, is also actively recruiting, and has so far hired graduates from 37 of the 58 schools nationwide (including national, public, and private schools). In 2025, 12 people (3 men, 9 women) will join the company. The following are the top reasons given for choosing our company:

Our company assigns students to workplaces that match their specialties, allowing them to utilize their knowledge and skills. At manufacturing plants, we offer a variety of positions, including "quality control," which involves checking and inspecting product quality; "process management," which involves managing delivery dates and procuring materials; and "production technology," which involves maintaining factory equipment and verifying machine installation. We also offer a variety of other positions, including "in-house system engineer," which involves building systems, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting; and "machine design and manufacturing," which involves designing, assembling, and maintaining printing machines.
