Conclusion of emergency evacuation shelter agreement with Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture

The OSP Group has signed an agreement with Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture regarding emergency evacuation shelters in cooperation with the private sector, and is cooperating by providing two facilities (OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO., LTD. Shiga Factory No. 1 and OSP LABEL STOCK CO.,LTD.) as emergency evacuation shelters.

This agreement is to establish emergency evacuation shelters with the cooperation of private sector parties based on the Maibara City Regional Disaster Prevention Plan, using facilities managed by Osaka Sealing Printing Co., Ltd. and OSP Label Stock Co., Ltd. in the event of an earthquake, wind, flood, snow, or other disaster occurring or anticipated to occur in Maibara City.

Through this agreement, we will deepen our relationships with Maibara City and various local governments, and work to further improve the safety of the facilities from a broad perspective while also catering to the diversity of the local residents who use the evacuation shelters.

Provision of evacuation shelter construction sticker sets

The Evacuation Shelter Setting Sticker Set is a product designed to reduce anxiety and inconvenience in evacuation shelters during disasters. It includes nine types of items in one, such as pop-ups, stickers, and tape that guide people to the necessary equipment and each space.

During the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake, we sent evacuation shelter setup sticker sets to evacuation shelters, which were put to good use.
