Supporting commercialization of "Tsurutto Tamago," an invention by a high school student, through packaging

The commercialization of "Smooth Eggs," invented by students at Gifu Prefectural Ginan Technical High School, was featured on TV Asahi's "Nani Kore Jin Hyakke" program.
This is an ingenious product that allows you to easily peel boiled eggs and also to easily separate the whites and yolks of raw eggs.
Osaka Sealing Printing supported the high school students' first attempt by providing support from packaging production to manufacturing.

■About this support

Osaka Sealing Printing was able to support this project because one of the employees working at the Gifu factory is a graduate of Gifu Prefectural Ginan Technical High School. Osaka Sealing Printing assisted with the product packaging, including the design.

Based on the designs and base colors proposed by the high school students, our in-house designers listened to the high school students' wishes and created a package design. Since "Tsurutto Tamago" is a product born from an idea, the package was made playful by adding perforations so that when you cut it open, the product will appear from inside.

■ About "Smooth Egg"

Function 1. Peels boiled eggs easily
Press the swollen end of the egg against the protrusion on the bottom part of the container to make a hole, and then boil the egg.
Place the boiled egg between two separate containers and press down to create cracks all over the egg.
If you peel the shell as if you were peeling off the thin skin, it will come off smoothly and cleanly.

Function 2. You can separate the white and yolk of raw eggs.
Place the upper part upside down onto the lower part.
When you crack an egg and lift the top part, the yolk remains and the white falls into the bottom part.
