Business Continuity Policy

The OSP Group (hereinafter, "the Group") is primarily engaged in the development, manufacture, and sale of various products and services in four areas: stickers and labels, Carton Package, and labeling systems. If these businesses were to be interrupted, it would have a significant impact on customers who use the Group's services, and would likely result in a loss of trust from customers. Therefore, in order to respond to various threats that could interrupt the Group's business, the Group declares that it will build a business continuity management system (hereinafter, "BCMS") based on its business continuity policy and will make continuous improvements in response to changes in the internal and external environment.

(1) Preventing and correcting business interruptions

The Group will clarify which businesses should be given priority for continuity and recovery, fully recognize and analyze the risks associated with business interruption so that business can be restored within the target recovery time, take necessary and reasonable management measures, and determine in advance the system and response procedures for when an emergency occurs, in order to prevent business interruption. In addition, when a new threat affecting business continuity is detected, corrective measures will be taken without delay.
