Statement of Policy on Core Labor Requirements

OSP Group strives to treat its employees with dignity and respect so that they can make the most of their talents and skills. In order to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, OSP Group has established and complies with the following core labor standards based on the ILO (International Labor Organization) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Prohibition of Child Labor

We do not permit child labor, and comply with laws regarding working age when hiring. We also do not employ anyone under the age of 18 in hazardous or dangerous work.

Prohibition of forced labor

We prohibit forced labor that leads to human rights violations.

Non-Discrimination

Any discrimination based on race, creed, sex, social status, religion, nationality, age, or physical or mental disability is prohibited.

Respect for workers' rights

We respect the rights of employees, including the right to organize and the right to collective bargaining.
